What is the Green City Award competition?
The Green City Award competition is about finding which communities have the most effective recycling education programs in the United States. Who has
done the best job letting their residents know what materials are accepted, how they should be sorted and how they will be collected. How these programs
have impacted recycling rates and the community, in general. The 2012 Residential Recycling Conference will recognize three outstanding community
